What a great cafe! We happened to be over north on an early Sunday morning when we stumbled upon this place. It was a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Our server was friendly and quick. I ordered the ranchero skillet and my wife ordered a Denver omelette. We also ordered a pancake to share. Everything came out quick. The salsa that came with my skillet was obviously made fresh in-house - so good! They also had great tasting coffee! 5/5! Definitely coming back!

Our Food, service, and cleanliness was excellent. The cappuccinos were probably the best I have ever had. The milk was perfectly frothed and smooth texture and unbelievable finish. The food is understated by the price which is amazing! It's affordable and the portions are abundant! The ambiance, here is what I loved the culture of the place. The flavor, here is what I will say . My mom is that typical Swedish German 73yr old woman who is load and well, I'm a 49 yr old liberal daughter who is still wanting to crawl under the table most days when I take her out. So she gets her French toast and making her more difficult than it needs to be. Im dreading her complaining abou the french toast. She gets the her food and shes like oooh ooh well hckkk youbknow the sound .. the are the best ef worden french toast i have ever had, as she now has improsned the waitstaff so MN Boomer Mom approved! And her kid approves too

Food was sooo delicious and at an affordable price point. Two breakfast meals and water for under $30 I believe! I was happy with my meal and can't wait to come back!

Great staff, first time there and I met Ali, what a sweet person clearly very dedicated to the business. Impressed with the ambiance, decor and overall atmosphere. Had some delicious, LARGE blueberry pancakes and the shrimp and grits. If this is your neighborhood, consider yourself lucky. I arrived around 9:30, it started out quiet and by 10:00 it was full. Will be back when I'm north side.

This is a neighborhood cafe where service is great and the food is....oh the food is outstanding! Omg. I hate to give this such a great review as I know you all will swarm this place. It is the best neighborhood joint I have ever experienced! I came here last week and was served the best shrimp and grits that it put NOLA to shame. Gotta try this! And shout out to Ali! What a kind soul.

Yummy Corned Beef Super Skillet! House made corned beef, yummy veggies (brussel sprouts & kale make it 'super'), with eggs & toast. Satisfied!!

Overall I really liked this place! It's big, family-friendly and the selection on the menu was decent. My kids liked their kids meals, although the cheez-it's seemed unnecessary. I am taking a star off for the chilaquiles I ordered. The aioli was a miss for me; this dish is already creamy and flavorful, and would have been better with a traditional salsa verde. I would come back to try more!
